Here at GAD Tuning the Mercedes C63 and C63s AMG had been at the very top of our development list due to the power trains Mercedes and AMG have been using. This means a great deal of locked potential for your C63 and C63s AMG.

The advantages for us as a custom remapping company means we have direct control over air in the combustion cycle which means massive improvements in horse power and torque. After hundreds of hours data logging, dynoing and road testing we have perfected the calibration upgrades for all variations. Having such a large displacement means it generates a lot of heat so when you arrive the first thing we do while running full diagnostics to give the all clear on the calibration process is to get the Mercedes C63 and C63s AMG into the dyno cell and hit it with all the fans to eliminate as much soaked heat as we can so that we can control the temperatures from there on out.

From this the calibration process begins and we pull stock OEM data from the vehicle and start the calibration process. This can take a few hours with many calibrations and multiple sweep tests and steady state load testing to get the most from your Mercedes C63 and C63s AMG safely. Only after data logging multiple channels and analysing the data we settle on what we think is the safe power and torque output of your vehicle.
